About Blue Door Talent

​As the founder and leader of Blue Door Talent, I am proud to serve some of the best-led real estate, construction, and home services companies across the country who are building and serving our collective future.

Prior to launching Blue Door Talent in 2022, I worked for a preeminent retained executive search firm for nearly 10 years and placed dozens of executive and management level professionals for a diverse portfolio of clientele.

Outside Blue Door, I have the privilege of serving our community as a volunteer on the Board of Directors for Cristo Rey Columbus and cycling 100 miles annually to raise funds for cancer research in Pelotonia.

I am also an avid adventurer, endurance athlete, and Eagle Scout. I have completed a full Ironman in Lake Placid, solo swam the true width of Lake Tahoe (12 miles), and summited Mt. Kilimanjaro.
